• Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used are not eligible for return or exchange.

After Opening

Once a fragrance has been opened or sprayed, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Courier Returns

Eligible returns or exchanges can be arranged through our courier service within the same 48-hour window, subject to all conditions above.

After 48 hours, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
